Our office is on Oxford Avenue in NDG, so these are the streets we know best. When you call from around here, we’re close by.
NDG is a mix: brick duplexes and triplexes with flat roofs, plus streets of semi-detached and single-family houses with pitched shingle or slate roofs. Next door, Montreal West is mostly older single-family homes with steep roofs, big trees and plenty of gutters to keep clear.
That mix means one crew has to be good at everything, from a membrane tear-off on a triplex to slate and copper flashing on a hundred-year-old cottage.
Both. A lot of our NDG work is a leak, a flashing or a few shingles. If a repair will do, we’ll say so.

Yes. It’s one of the most common leak spots on NDG plexes. We redo the membrane and the flashing up the wall so the joint stays watertight.
Often about 20 years, sometimes less under big trees or over an attic that doesn’t breathe. We can tell you where yours stands.
Yes. We replace gutters, downspouts, soffits and fascia, and we look at why they overflow, whether it’s the gutter itself or the roof edge above it.
Yes. We inspect it and write down what we find. You can take that to the original roofer for warranty repairs, and if they won’t do them, we will.
